8oz East Riding Farm Breakfast Potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter
½ cup of chopped onion
½ cup of green peppers

Microwave 2 servings of Breakfast Roast Potatoes (8oz), using a suitable microwaveable container for 5 minutes from frozen in an 800W microwave oven.

In a hot skillet pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and fry ½ cup of chopped onion and ½ cup of green peppers for around 6-8 minutes until they are soft and transparent.

Add the defrosted Breakfast Roast Potatoes to the pan.

Crush down the potatoes with the back of a spoon and turn the mixture in the hot pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the home fries are hot, crisp and golden brown. Divide onto plates and serve. Enjoy!
