Spanish Potatoes


3 tbsp. tomato purée
2 tablespoons of oil 
1 tsp smoked paprika
One bag of East Riding Farm Classic Roast Potatoes
2 tsp garlic powder 
Juice ½ of a lemon
Handful flat-leaf parsley leaves

Pre heat the oven to 450°F
Mix the tomato purée, garlic powder, oil, and paprika together and then coat the potatoes thoroughly in it.
Then roast for 30 mins as per cooking guidelines on the pack.
Turn the potatoes halfway through, until the potatoes have crisped up and are fluffy inside.
Five minutes before the end of the cooking, sprinkle over the lemon juice and return to the oven.
Serve with the parsley scattered over.
